Since 1962, David N. Schultz, Inc. has been providing investment property owners with outstanding professional service in real estate brokerage and management in the greater Los Angeles area.  We believe our long-term success is a result of our strong personal relationships with our clients.  We listen and communicate often with our clients to determine, understand and meet or exceed their goals.  Nearly all of our business comes from referrals and repeat customers, which we think speaks highly of our clients' satisfaction and our performance.  

Our staff of 20 knowledgeable professionals have specialized experience in the areas of real estate sales, management, accounting, maintenance, leasing, advertising, and administration. Because our service philosophy is based on the team concept, a member of our helpful staff will always be available to respond to your questions or information needs.

We are among a select group of firms in the nation who have received national recognition from the Institute of Real Estate Management for our experience, integrity, and fiscal stability, earning the designation of Accredited Management Organization. Members of our staff maintain the Certified Property Manager designation, meaning they have achieved excellence with respect to ethics, professional standing, experience, education, and technical proficiency in all aspects of real estate management. 

Our Geographical Service Area

We manage properties throughout the greater Los Angeles area, ranging from the San Gabriel Valley, (as far east as Covina), Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, throughout the San Fernando Valley, and Beverly Hills, Whittier and Anaheim, among many other areas. We currently manage nearly 3,000 apartment units in 170 buildings, ranging in size from 4-unit to 209-unit buildings, with a current vacancy rate of only 1.5%.

       About Our Eagle Logo   

The eagle has long occupied an exalted place in the religious and political symbolism of mankind, especially in the United States of America.

Our corporate philosophy embodies many of the traits and characteristics of the American Eagle, a celebrated creature of vision, power and grace.  The eagle’s eyesight is 5-6 times more acute than our own, enabling it to be alert to every movement. The eagle has a view from a commanding perch, inhabiting the highest regions of the sky. It travels faster than other birds, and is carried along on huge wings, soaring effortlessly in the wind. It spends many years building and improving its nest, which grows larger as years go by. The eagle derives its sustenance by hunting within a large, defined territory while adapting to necessary change in order to coexist with others in the environment.

David N. Schultz began acquiring “American Eagles” many years ago while vacationing in Williamsburg, VA. His collection has grown and now consists of over 600 unique pieces.
